Abstract

The 100 MW Maskeliya Oya hydro project stage II is currently being built on the island of Ceylon. This paper briefly describes design and construction progress at a stage about half way through completion of the project. Detailed design and construction supervision is being undertaken by Ceylonese engineers under the direct supervision of four engineers provided by the consultant.
