Short Summary Paper: Introducing Ile Sans Fil

Abstract

Ile Sans Fil is a non-profit community group, which seeks to promote free public wireless internet access in Montreal, Canada. The group also hopes to use wireless internet technology to build community. In order to accomplish these goals, the group has partnered with Montreal businesses and community groups to provide wireless internet “hot spots.”
