dc.description.abstract | The evaluation process include as a part of one of its aspects the assessment of each academic program of the Health Faculty of Valle University, the performance of their graduate, where are they located, what are they doing, which are their relationships with the University where they studied and how the University include them in the enrichment of its programs. It's a description register though that makes the description of the present conditions of the graduate that generate proposals for the future. Through surveys done to graduate and employers, almost all of the graduate evaluated the quality of their academic program between excellent and good. They are satisfied with their professional and personal skills. They have participated in the creation of industries, and have very good results in their work life. Results showed the importance of reinforcing the graduate associations in the University and their participation in the processes of each one of the programs as a part of the relationships that the University must have with external environment. Employers are also very satisfied with skills and work results of the graduate from the Health Faculty of Valle University. | en_US |
