Abstract
The findings suggest that as graduate students become critical agents of their own online experience, they bring a wealth of cultural diversity into the forum. An online discussion based classroom which seeks to encourage a culturally collaborative environment enables personal expression and self-expression by providing a forum for participants to become connected to their own learning objectives.
